Responsibilities:
- Can work 1-3 hrs projects within a 1 day notice
- Great documentation skills
- Extremely proficient Camtasia Studio
- Ability to learn SimpleTix and every combination of use
- Familiar with KB (Knowledge Base) software
- Native English Speaker
Pluses:
- Knowledge CSS & XHTML
- Experience with Ecommerce Software
- Fluent in another language
- Prior use of ZenDesk
