Injury prevention for musicians and ergonomics is crucial for maintaining the well-being of individuals involved in playing musical instruments. This course aims to provide a comprehensive overview of key principles and practices to minimize the risk of injuries and promote ergonomic considerations in musical performance. By the end of this course, participants will have gained a comprehensive understanding of injury prevention for musicians, incorporating ergonomic principles into their practice, and promoting a holistic approach to musicians' health and well-being.
