Champagnes:

Sorgente, Brut, Prosecco, Italy - $32

Prosecco is made from a native Italian grape named Glera. 98% of all Glera is grown in Italy and thrives in Treviso's mountainous climate, right at the base of the Alps. The significant shift between warm days and cool nights creates the perfect atmosphere for making fruit-forward, yet crisp and refreshing wines.

 

Ponson, Premier Cru, Champagne, France - $65

This is a beautiful example of a hand-crafted, grower Champagne. Using organic and bio-dynamic growing practices this producer grows the grapes AND makes the champagne, a rarity in this region. Notes of Marcona almond, green apple, and white flowers showcase the care put into each bottle.

 

Elk Cove Vineyards, Brut Rose, Oregon - $75

This family-owned winery was one of the first wineries to put Oregon on the map for excellent award-winning wines. The La Boheme vineyard is one of the highest elevations in Willamette Valley, making a complex and fruit-forward, sparkling rose from 100% pinot noir.

True Colors is true to their Spanish origins in making a crisp, medium-bodied, dry sparkling. In addition, for every bottle sold in the U.S., a donation is made to organizations that help support accelerating the acceptance of the LGBTQ Community.
