Laleh Bagherzadi and Bahram Yousefi

After moving to US, she obtained her PhD in Agriculture, however, she also continued to pursue her dream for painting as well. She won the first prize in Watercolor Society of NC in 2020 “We are all chained together”; advocating for humanity.

Born in South Azerbaijan, Bahram Yousefi followed his artistic education in Graphic and Painting. He received his BA degree in 1992, and master’s degree of research in Art in 1995. He spent 28 years in Art and teaching in Art school. He received more than 60 awards during his artistic life. He was deeply inspired by Expressionism, Surrealism and by well-known artistic works of Kâthe Kollwitz, Francis Baken, and Alberto Giacometti.
