Description

101 Sourdough. Hands on workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of sourdough. From feeding starter to fermenting, shaping and baking your own bread. 

What's included?  You will learn the whole sourdough process, your own beginners guide, receive a jar of active sourdough starter, a dough that you will make in class to take home for you to bake, and support.

Ideal if you are new to sourdough. During the class we will try fresh baked bread with butter. Text/email to inquire (563) 279-4075 thetangyloaf@gmail.com or if you wish to pay with Venmo or check, and save on website processing fees. 

Bring a 4qt bowl with a lid, your favorite beverage and an apron (apron is optional).

Workshop will be at Mindful Bites. Millwork District Dubuque. Street parking, free on Sundays.

Not suitable for wheat/gluten allergies


Due to the space limitations and the hands-on nature of the class, I'm unable to accommodate visitors or spectators. Everyone attending must be a registered participant.
