Join us as we celebrate No Thyme To Cook’s 10th Vine & Dine Anniversary with an unforgettable evening of wine and food. Carolyn Hart and her husband, Mike Hart—owners and operators of Patuxent Wine & Spirits in Lusby—have spent years sharing their passion for exceptional wine and whiskey. That passion led them to open Barrel 9, a space dedicated to helping guests discover new favorites.

In this one-of-a-kind class, Carolyn will showcase a curated selection of extravagant wines, while Chef Gwyn prepares a decadent menu designed to perfectly complement each glass. We look forward to celebrating with you!

What To Expect

  • Instructor: No Thyme To Cook Lead Chef Instructor
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours.
  • Format: Experience: This is not a Hands-On Class. The Chef cooks the meal while you sit back and enjoy. Come with friends or family, mingle at your table, enjoy beverages, and relax in this restaurant-style evening.
  • Location: First floor.
  • Restrictions: Ages 21 and older. 

 

All students will receive 10% off any scheduled public class(es) purchased that evening.

  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
