Meet Our Founder: Michael Stork
Michael Stork is a lifelong hospitality professional, entrepreneur, and creative force in the tourism industry. With over 30 years of leadership experience in hospitality and guest engagement, he has built, scaled, and consulted on a wide range of successful tour operations—from sightseeing vessels and themed excursions to culinary experiences and lifestyle brands.
Michael is a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain, a hands-on operator, and a trusted guide who understands both the art and science of delivering 5-star guest experiences.
He is also a published author, having written and released over half a dozen books on tour design, guest interaction, experience-based business models, and the emotional psychology of travel. His frameworks and methods have become standard training tools for companies and guides across the country.
Michael is widely regarded as an expert in experiential tourism, often consulted by operators, municipalities, and media outlets seeking insight into what makes modern travel transformational.
