Description

As a special feature of the fourth annual Rochambeau Festival, Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route – New York (W3R-NY) and the Brigade of the American Revolution (BAR) cordially invite you to an evening of camaraderie and living history and the 250th commemoration of America’s founding.

Join fellow reenactors, history enthusiasts, and members of the community for a colonial-style dinner in a historic setting that honors the legacy of the Revolutionary War, General Rochambeau, and the enduring Franco-American Alliance. This gathering offers a chance to step away from the day’s activities, share stories, and connect with others who are passionate about preserving and interpreting the 18th century.

The evening will feature a thoughtfully prepared dinner inspired by the period, along with informal conversation in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The commemoration will also showcase original songs inspired by America’s founding documents and the ideals of the American Revolution. Recognizing the spirit of the era, the evening brings together participants in the Festival activities as well as local residents and invited guests.

We look forward to an evening of history, friendship, entertainment and good cheer!
