Description

Join Carolina Raptor Center for our monthly Homeschool Days to celebrate learning outdoors and experience fun, educational activities for all students! Each month will highlight a new topic that focuses on a wide variety of STEM-related themes that will appeal to elementary, middle, and high school students. You'll find that a visit to CRC will meet many of the science-based goals included in any educational curriculum. All students are welcome, whether you are a homeschooler or a traditional student learning virtually from home this year!  

Homeschool Day Details

  • Third Tuesday of the month: Jan-May and Sept-Dec
  • Start times: 10:00am; 10;30am; 11:00am.  Maximum of 50 people for each session
  • Pre-registration is required, no walk-ups will be allowed on the day of the event
  • Adults: $10, Children: $6, Under 3: Free
  • Refunds available up to 48 hours before the event

Tickets Include

  • Admission to the Raptor Trail featuring over 30 species of birds
  • Interactive, educational activities designed especially for Homeschool Day
  • Popup encounters with Avian Trainers working with birds
