NOTES ABOUT TICKETS AND COSTS
"Setup Sunday" the 4th of April There is no cost/ticket needed to come on site and setup during "Setup Sunday" the 12th of April. If you want to stay Overnight on "Setup Sunday" then you will need a Pre-event Ticket for Sunday.
"Pre-Event Monday" the 5th of April To be on site on "Pre-Event Monday" you will need a Pre-event ticket for Monday. If you want to stay Overnight on "Pre-event Monday" then you will need a Pre-event Ticket for Monday.
"Pre-Event Tuesday" the 6th of April Anyone who is booked for the full event can be onsite on "Pre-Event Tuesday" with no additional fee. Anyone who is booked for the full event can stay overnight on "Pre-event Tuesday" with no additional fee.
Game On - Wednesday April 7th to Sunday 11th April 20th These days are self explanatory using normal event booking rules.
FAMILY RATES
There is no family pricing this year. Member Children under 15 are free Non Member Children are $5. Please ensure you select the relevant tickets to enable collection of sign in data.
NON MEMBER RATES
Non Member rates include a once of charge for the event at $10 per adult and $5 per child. Membership Validity is checked and you will be required to pay this fee if you cannot provide a current membership number.

Terms and Conditions;
After the ticket price rise on Friday 22nd January 2021, the Seneschal of Rowany will be calling a meeting to determine if Festival can go ahead, based on the bookings numbers and the relevant civil restrictions.
If the restrictions limit is lower than the number of tickets sold, they will be confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis.
Full refunds will be actioned if the event is cancelled, and/or if we cannot offer you a place, and/or if you decide to cancel your tickets before bookings close on the 28th of February 2021.
We deeply care about the safety of all our participants, so if you come down sick and do not expect a full recovery before festival begins, please do not attend. Just let us know and you will be eligible for a full refund of your Rowany Festival entry ticket.
This current ticketing system is excellent for actioning refunds, so you should not fear losing your money.
