Fostering diversity, equality/equity and inclusion is becoming increasingly important in today’s business and social environments. The Compete Sports Diversity Council is proud to present the 2022 Compete Sports Diversity Summit in partnership with the Arizona Cardinals.

The Business + Sales Track, Friday + Saturday, September 16-17 (Two Days).
The Business + Sales Track unites professional sports organizations, non-profit organizations, corporations and small business to teach them best practices when marketing to the LGBTQ+ community. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and how to approach it in an authentically thoughtful and supportive manner. Learning to earn the community’s trust, then earns its business and creates a positive impact for everyone. Every participant leaves with the Sports Diversity Leader (SDL) Certification with a Business Emphasis.
