Description

Join us for our annual Farm to Table Fundraiser Dinner! This year's dinner has moved to Irene's, a new restaurant located in the Arcade District, on Monday, August 7th, at 6:00 pm! Using ingredients grown, raised, and donated by Columbia Farmers Market vendors, Columbia chefs create course after course of amazing food paired with locally-produced libations. This annual fundraiser helps Columbia Farmers Market offset vendor fees and assists us in continuing to offer market programs such as our SNAP matching programs and children’s activities. Tickets are $150, which include numerous courses, wine from Elderblossom View, cider from Waves Cider Company and beer from Logboat Brewery, and live music from Zamboni Funk! The menu will be announced at the event date, as it’s based on seasonally available products and donated from vendors. Dietary requests may not be able to be accommodated.

Take your dessert to-go to Sentinel Park in the Arcade District, and watch the debut of The Roots of Community: A Tribute to Columbia Farmers Market's Past & Future, a documentary about the past 43 years of Columbia Farmers Market!  The viewing time is 60 minutes.  We anticipate dinner will be between 6:00 - 8:00 pm, and the documentary will start around 8:00 - 8:15 pm.

As a FYI, when purchasing your tickets, you'll select your seats - at communal tables on the dining floor, at the bar, at the bar window overlooking the patio, or on the covered patio.

Columbia Farmers Market

Columbia Farmers Market is a year-round producer-only farmers market! Shop local, with everything produced within a 50-mile radius of Columbia! Over the past few years, the Columbia Farmers Market has experienced tremendous growth. With the opening of Columbia's Agriculture Park, Saturday customer counts regularly surpassed 5,000, and the vendor membership expanded to 85 local farmers, producers, and artisans. The market is deeply involved in the community, regularly hosting musicians, artisans, non-profit groups, educational opportunities, and many other special events. Columbia Farmers Market was voted as the #1 "People's Choice Farmers Market" in the nation, the midwest and Missouri in 2021.
