Description

Camp will consist of individual skill work, defensive movements and conditioning

Dates: September 18th - November 9th 

Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday (Weight Room) -Regular Days  - 7:00 am - 7:45 am - Late Start Days - 8:00 am - 8:45 am - Coach will provide weight schedule / Pool Workouts - Athletes will be in the pool 2-4 times a week based on pool availability,  Coach will provide pool workout schedule.    This will also include scrimmage. Location and times will be provided by Coach.

Location:  SMCHS Pool & Weight Room  

Cost: $275 (Fee due by Friday, September 22nd)

Grades: 9th-12th

What to Bring: Swim Suit, Cap, goggles, towel, sun screen, towel and weight room attire.
