Description

Enjoy this walking trail of holiday lights at Maple Tree Farm while meeting your favorite Holiday characters, sipping a hot beverage, and listening to the melodies of this magical season. Campfires, two trains, puppet and light shows are also included in your admission.

Meet Santa and get a digital photo.  Santa will be visiting the farm on Sunday December 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd.  Purchase the Santo Photo for an additional $5.  Special hours on Santa Sundays December 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd -  We open at 5pm!

Hours are:

Fridays 6:00pm till 8pm*   Saturdays 5:30pm till 8pm*   Sundays 5pm to 8pm*   Some Weekdays 6pm to 8pm*

* we guarantee entry for online tickets up to 20 minutes after your ticket time.  Some activities will conclude at 8:15pm.  Be sure to check the schedule upon your arrival.

  • You may change your ticket to another night 24 hours prior to your ticket time.
  • We have a no refund policy. If you do not show, we will not issue a refund.  However, IF we close due to weather or any other circumstance, we will issue a refund for the ticket price.  Ticket and service fees are not refunded as per our ticketing system provider.
  • Well behaved dogs are allowed as long as they are on a leash and you clean up after them. We do charge $5 per pup which we will donate to the Fauquier SPCA 
  • Outside food is permitted, but please no glass and no grills are allowed.
