Join us for a time of celebration of new and pregnant moms! 2024 Midwest City Moms Mother's Day Weekend Event: The Chosen Moms celebration is a 2.5 hour event at the beautiful Enchanted Gardens right off of I40 and Post Rd.
Every attendee will receive:
-Free Portrait from Professional Photographer
-Tasty breakfast food from local businesses
-Learn critical information about pregnancy, motherhood, and child development from expert speakers
-Receive tickets to enter the chance to win deluxe giveaways, some worth over $300! (Extra tickets can be purchased at sign in table)
-Contribute towards a good cause (50% of profit for the event is donated towards our partner nonprofit that serves pregnant women in MWC called Building Generations)
-Learn about valuable resources for moms in Midwest City from providers
-A Morning of fun and pampering!

BY PURCHASING THIS VENDOR OR SPONSORSHIP TICKET, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO:
50% of the profit of this this event goes toward the mission of Midwest City nonprofit, Building Generations Pregnancy and Family Services which serves pregnant women and their families in Midwest City, Del City, asa well as nearby communities like Spencer, Nicoma Park and parts of Choctaw and Oklahoma City.
We have big goals this year and are thankful you have chosen to partner with our Chosen Moms!
(vendor) agrees to provide their own table and chairs, marketing materials and all that is needed for the event. They will receive a space large enough for an 6 or 8 foot table to set up.
If for any reason you are not able to participate in the event after committing to do so, your registration will not be refunded but we will still promote your organization on social media as a "sponsor".
By purchasing this ticket, vendor and sponsor does hereby release from liability the Building Generations/Bracht Family Ministries and its individual members and officers for any loss, injury or damage resulting from participation in the Chosen Moms event on May 11, 2024..
NOTE: Vendor Participation Policy subject to change without prior notification.
VENDORS:
A $100 non-refundable vendor fee is required to reserve your area for the event and must be paid to ensure reservation. A separate fee non-refundable fee of $100 is used per TABLE if your organization plans to reserve more than one space. In that event, you would purchase 2 vendor tickets.
Information for day of set up will be sent after purchase.
