How to Reserve
Select your event date and preferred time slot first, then choose an available campfire site from the map.
Campfire reservation times are:
- 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Reserve both time slots to enjoy the site from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Campfire sites are half price Sunday through Thursday.
Vala’s Catering
Make your event even easier. Once your campfire is booked, order Vala’s Catering online. Enjoy signature favorites delivered right to your site.
A Few Campfire Guidelines
- No outside alcohol, charcoal, or gas grills allowed.
- All guests and personal belongings must be cleared from the site by your scheduled end time.
- Vala’s is not responsible for unattended items.
Cancellation Policy
Campfires and venue reservations are non-refundable.
However, you may reschedule to a new date online and then call us to request a refund for the original booking. All changes must be made before your event date.

Fire Safety and Red Flag Warnings
Campfires are subject to local fire safety regulations. In the event of a Red Flag Warning or other fire restriction, Vala’s may be required to withhold fire use at reserved sites.
- You will still have full access to the site, including seating and space for gathering.
- No refunds will be issued in the event that a campfire cannot be lit due to fire safety restrictions.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with safety protocols that protect our guests, farm, and community.
Rainy Days:
October weather can be unpredictable. We hold most campfires even when the day starts with rain. If rain is expected all day, you are encouraged to reschedule.
