Featured Communities: Rib Mountain & Wisconsin Rapids
This event brings economic partners, developers, municipalities, and non-profit organizations together to attract real estate developers, site selection consultants, and other decision-makers from throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states for an in-person tour of the region. The tour will begin with an evening welcome and networking event, continue the following day with tours of selected sites, and culminate in a debriefing event the same evening or the following morning.
Developer Tour
Central Wisconsin June 25–26, 2025 Locations: Wisconsin Rapids & Rib Mountain
Day 1: Wisconsin Rapids – Wednesday, June 25
The day begins with check-in and a catered lunch at Lincoln High School. Attendees will then board the tour bus for a guided visit of key development sites throughout Wisconsin Rapids. After the tour, guests will be dropped back off at Lincoln High School. From 4:00–6:00 PM, attendees will have downtime and travel time to make their way to the evening networking reception in Wausau, taking place from 6:00–8:00 PM at Timekeeper Distillery.

1:00 PM – 3:45 PM Property Tours
4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Drop Off at Lincoln High School.

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Evening Reception at Timekeepers Distillery
Day 2: Rib Mountain – Thursday, June 26
The day begins by boarding the tour bus at the Hilton Garden Inn in Wausau. Attendees will head to Granite Peak for breakfast and a recreation-focused speaker panel, highlighting the area's amenities and quality of life. The group will then continue on a guided bus tour of available properties and development sites. Lunch will follow at El Tequila Salsa, featuring closing speakers and important community updates. The tour concludes with a return bus ride to the Hilton Garden Inn. Please note: the bus tour will include live speakers and key announcements, so all attendees are encouraged to board and remain with the group throughout the experience.
