Description
Immerse yourself in the first step of the winemaking process at our annual Grape Harvesting event! Walk amidst the lush vineyards at peak season and experience grape gathering firsthand with great company. Registration is completely free of charge. Volunteers who pick for the full two hours will receive a free bottle of wine of their choice. You must register for this event prior to attend! Grape picking will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Fireside Winery in Marengo.
After the Harvest, come inside and enjoy live music by the talented Sam Roberts from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. We will also have our monthly production tour from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. if you'd like to get an exclusive look into the next steps for your freshly picked grapes!
Our Grape Stomping competition will be held the following day, Sunday, September 14th from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. We will also have live music by Cassie & Randy from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00p.m. with a break for the competition! Groups can gather a team of 3 to compete for the top spot by working together to create the most juice! This is a separately ticketed event.
