For 2025, there are 30 booths available to Vendors and Promoters!

MAJF Vendor Registration

Basic Tables for Arts, Services, and Products. $450 for all three (3) days of the festival;
Premium Tables offer additional space for Arts, Services and Products. $650 for all three (3) days of the festival, and
Display Tables for promotion of Jazz programs at Radio Stations, Universities, Colleges, and Music Schools. THIS AREA HAS VERY LIMITED SPACE AND IS ONLY FOR DISPLAYING $250 all three (3) days of the festival.

A Table and two chairs are provided. Contact the Bethesda Marriott for any special electrical needs.

The Jazz Academy of Music Inc, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2002, is a manifestation of a longtime dream of Paul Carr, its Music Director, to extend the music education opportunities afforded him, as an inner city youth, to others. The Jazz Academy produces the Mid-Atlantic Jazz Festival which is an annual "Real Jazz" music program with activities under one roof ... A CRUISE ON LAND!
