Description

Artists, sponsors, and dignitaries gather in celebration of the 2025 award-winning pieces chosen by this year’s jurors.  This is a private event, and attendance is by invitation only. This year, the event will take place on the second weekend of the show, on the Friday night. Tickets include 2 glasses of wine, and hors d’oeuvres.


Please Note:

  • Please do not claim tickets that you do not need, as it is important to us to get an accurate sense of the number of actual attendees.
  • If tickets are claimed under name not recognized as an an invited guest, they will be voided.
  • If a guest attempts to claim more than the maximum allowable tickets, the extra tickets will be voided.
  • An e-ticket can only be scanned once. Once it has been used to enter the show, it cannot be used again.
  • Attendees should bring their e-tickets to the show either in printed form, or on their phones.

Sooke Fine Arts Show - Admissions

The Sooke Fine Arts Society is a not-for-profit organization created to encourage and promote a greater understanding and appreciation for the arts by organizing an annual art show, as well as hosting public learning opportunities to demonstrate artistic technique and expertise. The annual art show, held at the end of July and early August of each year, is Vancouver Island’s premier adjudicated art show. It brings artists, volunteers, visitors, and art patrons together in an 10-day celebration of the arts.
