Celebrate the beginning of spring at Blue Mountain Brewery! Join us in the event hall for a six course meal paired with Blue Mountain Brewery brews and hosted by Brewmaster Taylor Smack.
1st Course: OYSTER ROCKEFELLER
Grilled oyster with creamed spinach, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese
Pairing: Rockfish Wheat
2nd Course: FRIED GOAT CHEESE SALAD
Arugula, fried herb goat cheese, pomegranate, apples, blackberries, and green grape vinaigrette
Pairing: Classic Lager
3rd Course: GRILLED FLANK ROULADE
Grilled flank steak stuffed with onions, peppers, squash, and zucchini with charred poblano peppers and chimichurri sauce
Pairing: Maggie Maibock
4th Course: POTATO GRATIN
Thinly sliced potatoes baked with a gouda, gruyere, and sharp cheddar cheese sauce, finished with crispy fried chicken skin
Pairing: Long Winter’s Nap
5th Course: SMOKED SCALLOPS
Served with caramelized onions and stout reduction
Pairing: Lil Annie’s Oatmeal Stout
Dessert: CANNOLI
Fried pastry dough filled with sweet creamy custard and topped with shaved dark chocolate
