Our Fall Harvest Pairing Dinner offers an unparalleled adults-only dining experience, featuring the beauty and bounty of our orchard and farm. Watch Chef Jeff Myers and our culinary team as we roast, smoke, and sear a 4-course feast served right from the flames of our live fire pit using the best local and farm-grown ingredients thoughtfully paired with Vala’s Orchard Cider Co. orchard-based hard ciders.

Your journey begins with a scenic tractor ride from the U-Pick Apple Shed (near the Cider Mill) into the heart of our beautiful orchard, where our Orchard Hosts await. You'll have the opportunity to mingle with our chef, farmer, and cider maker while enjoying a pre-dinner drink and appetizer before enjoying a 4-course cider pairing dinner. 

As dinner concludes, relax around the communal fire pit, pick ripe apples right off the tree, play yard games, and stroll the beautiful orchard at sunset. These evenings are more than just dinner; every bite tells the story of our farm, every sip connects you to the land. Experience Vala’s in a whole new way. 

 

TICKET INCLUDES:

• General Admissions to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch anytime after 4pm on the day of the event
• Live Music
• View Fireworks at 9pm from the Orchard
• Tractor Ride to the Orchard
• Appetizer
• Four-course dinner with four 5 oz bottle pours of Vala’s exclusive orchard-based hard ciders
• Introduction and tasting notes on each of the ciders
• 2 lbs of Orchard Apples (¼ peck bag) to pick and take home
• Communal fire pit, corn hole and yard games, and photo ops 
• Vala’s Souvenir Cider Glass
• Non-alcoholic beverages, including water, root beer, and Vala’s apple cider
• Get a first chance to purchase bottles of our exclusive cider selection (must be 21+ to purchase) 

COST: 

• $135 (this ticket includes General Admissions to Vala’s Pumpkin Patch anytime after 4pm on the day of the event)

LOCATION:

• Vala’s Apple Orchard, departing from the U-Pick Apple Shed (located near the Cider Mill)

TIME: 

• 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
• 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - happy hour & appetizers. Hayracks will depart from the U-Pick Apple Shed every 20 minutes between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm with the last rack leaving at 7:00 pm.
• 7:00 pm - dinner begins
• 8:30 pm - hayrack rides back to the farm begin
• 9:00 pm - Fireworks
• 9:30 pm - last hayrack ride to the farm

 

MORE INFORMATION:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to attend with proof of valid government issued photo ID for the cider tasting. 
• Tickets for this event can be purchased online only. On-line tickets are delivered digitally via email. Tickets can be printed at home or displayed on your phone when you arrive.
• Tickets are only good for the event date of purchase.
• Menu is subject to change based on availability of fresh farm ingredients.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to make menu substitutions.
• For your comfort and enjoyment, please wear comfortable shoes as the U-Pick Apple Shed is located on the opposite side of the farm from the Admissions entrance.
• Postponement Policy: This event is weather dependent and may be rescheduled due to heavy rain or inclement weather. Guests will get advanced notice by email if the event needs to be rescheduled. If you cannot make one of the rescheduled dates, please call the Vala’s office at 402-332-4200, and you will be refunded the amount you paid. We will work with you to reschedule your event at either one of the next events, if there are openings, or possibly during the first weekend in October. 
• Cancellation Policy: Tickets for this event are NON-REFUNDABLE.
