Share Located in the heart of Sonoma, in a place known as the Valley of the Moon, this diverse and wondrous geothermal springs sanctuary is the last of its kind. Bordering Sonoma Creek and nestled among a mature canopy of large oaks with open meadows and rolling hills, these Springs uplift the very best of whole family wellness and recreation. People have come to these Springs for generations to soak in the healing waters and to gather for picnics and reunions, retreats and organizational meetings, birthdays and weddings, and for nature-based youth camps and field trips. The temperature on all three pools range from 85° F to 94° F, depending on weather (we shoot for cooler on hot days and warmer on cooler days). ARC Lifeguard Instructor Review Course + r.24 In-Person Update

Description: This in-person American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Review course satisfies the requirements for all Lifeguarding Instructors to recertify, while also completing your required in-person certification component for the r.24 update. During the course, Lifeguarding Instructors will participate in in-water skill review sessions along with a review of classroom-based ARC administrative policies and procedures.
In addition to your LGI re-certification, if you'd like to ALSO participate in the optional 'test out' at the end of this daylong review course to additionally renew your base-level ARC Lifeguard Certification, be sure to select that option below when you register.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: Our host facilities feature natural geothermal pools ranging in temperature from 88–94°. Additionally, all indoor classroom portions will be held in a room with minimal heating/cooling/insulation, so please plan accordingly and bring warm and/or cold-weather clothing/layers as well as a bagged lunch. If you are seeking local overnight accommodation, we may be able to offer some tips/resources, so please reach out as needed.

All refund/cancellation and/or course transfer requests must be in writing and emailed to: laurie@mortonswarmsprings.com.
• If a request is received ON or BEFORE Saturday, December 28, 2024 (29 days prior to class start date), 25% of the course fee is nonrefundable.
• If received BETWEEN Sunday, December 29, 2024 and Saturday, January 11, 2025 (15-28 days prior to class), 50% of the fee is nonrefundable.
• If received ON or AFTER Sunday, January 12, 2025 (14 days or less before class), 100% of the fee is nonrefundable.
• All transactions are subject to a nonrefundable per ticket SimpleTix service/processing fee.
