The Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) is a professional organization with 2,348 landscape architect members, 615 associate (or intern) members and 669 student of landscape architecture members. As the voice of the profession in Canada, the CSLA is an advocate for its members on issues such as urban design, urban renewal, sustainable development, human health and well-being, climate change, cultural heritage, reconciliation, and Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI).

About the Atlantic Provinces Association of Landscape Architects (APALA)
The Atlantic Provinces Association of Landscape Architects (APALA) was formed on August 14th, 1974 and celebrated it’s 50th anniversary in 2024.
APALA is the professional association of landscape architects in Atlantic Canada, representing the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland & Labrador.
APALA promotes the responsible practice of landscape architecture in the region, fosters the good conduct and continuing development of our members, and advocates for the intelligent accommodation of human needs in the outdoor environment.
APALA is a component association of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA).

L'Association des architectes paysagistes des provinces de l'Atlantique (APALA) a été créée le 14 août 1974 et a célébré son 50e anniversaire en 2024.
L'APALA est l'association professionnelle des architectes paysagistes du Canada atlantique, représentant les provinces de la Nouvelle-Écosse, du Nouveau-Brunswick, de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard et de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.
