Description
2026 Employee Wellness Screening will be hosted at the Iredell Memorial Hospital on 4 North. Please remember to fast for labs. All employees will receive their wellness screening results via the Cerner HealtheLife patient portal. They will not be mailed.
If you had your labs done in December 2025 you can bring a copy to the screening.
*Please only schedule one appointment! If you cannot come or missed the appointment, just come on another screening date as a walk-in. Let the registration person know you missed your appointment.
