Triangle Community Center
Triangle Community Center, is a nonprofit LGBTQIA+ community center based in Norwalk, Connecticut. Since 1990, the Center has worked to empower, support, and advocate for LGBTQIA+ individuals and their allies through inclusive community programs, health and wellness services, learning opportunities, and resources that build belonging, resilience, and access to essential support. Rooted in care and driven by community, the Center strives to create a more just and joyful future where LGBTQIA+ people are celebrated, affirmed, and able to thrive.


Mid-Fairfield Community Center

Mid-Fairfield Community Care Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization based in Norwalk, Connecticut, dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of children, adolescents, young adults, and families. As Mid-Fairfield celebrates its 70th year of service, the Center continues its long-standing commitment to providing accessible outpatient therapy, in-home and school-based programs, day treatment and intensive outpatient services, and community-based supports that help individuals thrive at home, in school, and in the community. This work is grounded in a compassionate, responsive, and inclusive approach to care, ensuring that individuals and families can access high-quality services when they need them, regardless of ability to pay.
