2D felting, also known as felt painting, is a great way to learn about needle felting and get some practice before moving on to more complicated items. Draw, twist and stab your way to making an adorable little gnome friend, mushrooms, or cat (or any combination of the three!). Felting uses incredibly sharp needles so this class is recommended for ages 14+.

Craftopia is an arts and craft studio dedicated to expanding access to arts and crafts in our community regardless of age, experience or financial abilities.

We realize that there is truly a lack of opportunities to explore different art and craft styles - especially for adults - in our area. We hope to create a safe space where the community can come together to explore different forms and mediums and connect with other creatives.

We look forward to providing our community with group classes, individual/private lessons, art and craft parties, and a fun co-working space in our new location. This location also allows us to have a retail shop to showcase local artist's creations for sale.
