Who is invited? While this event is presented by Encore Pickleball, all Encore residents are most welcome! When does this super fun event take place? Saturday, March 21 Check-in 3:00 pm Senior Olympic Games begin at 3:30 pm Raffle, dinner, and social 5:00-8:00 pm Where will we be? At 3:00 check in at the pickleball courts; games will begin at 3:30. This friendly competition requires absolutely no pickleball experience, but does require the ability to laugh, mingle and have a good time! Then we will move into the clubhouse for drinks, raffle perusing, cornhole, and socializing. Around 6 pm dinner will be ready in the multi-purpose room. Following some chowing down, the raffle winners…another drum roll…will be identified. What kind of food will we have? Chef Talyon will provide pasta & lettuce salads and a slider bar with beef, chicken, and shredded pork. A buntini dessert will top off the meal! How much does this event cost? $15 per person paid at the time of registration. How do I sign up? You can sign up beginning February 15-March 10 by going to https://encoreateastmarkhoa.org/ You can also call the front desk at 480-494-2550. Space is limited so once we have 150, we will close registration. What should I bring? Money! You will need cash to buy your raffle tickets. Depending on the number of guests, there may be an additional cash only bar set up to compliment the café bar. How much are the raffle tickets? $2 each or 3 for $5 For those who can’t make this event, raffle items will be displayed starting March 15 and raffle tickets available for purchase at that time. We don’t want anyone to miss out! What should I wear? Casual clothes and comfy shoes! This is not a black tie affair😊 Sounds like this is a fundraiser. What will the money be used for? The pickleball group plans to purchase a tree of life memorial to remember our Encore pickleball players who have passed. Did I hear that we have sponsors to help with this event? Indeed!
