Established in 1926, the University of Melbourne Baseball Club is a club for the students, alumni and friends of the University of Melbourne. Our seniors’ and women’s teams compete in the Melbourne Winter Baseball League (MWBL).

In 2026, we'll be celebrating 30 years of the UMBC women's baseball program!
After some discussions at the Centenary Gala, the idea for an informal women's program catch-up was suggested and is becoming a reality.
We'll be hosting an informal gathering on Saturday 18 October from 7.30pm at The Clyde Hotel, to facilitate networking and engagement between former and current players in advance of the 30th anniversary celebrations next year.
This will be the first of many opportunities for past and current players to connect, share stories and celebrate our program.
