Description
Join us on July 29th for the 37th Annual Michigan Viticulture Field Day and the 3rd Annual Michigan Enology Experience Day on July 30th!
The Great Lakes grape growing community will gather together once again to share their experiences, get up close with the latest technology, and glimpse into the local cutting-edge scientific research supporting the grape industry at the longest-standing educational grape- and wine-focused event in the Great Lakes region. In its 37th year, the Michigan Viticulture Field Day is more than just a research report for the region. Companies supporting the grape-growing community will showcase some of the latest and greatest precision viticulture equipment in the area. After a full day of education in the summer heat, wind down and socialize during dinner and the Michigan wine showcase! The Michigan Enology Experience will be back on July 30th, the day after Michigan Viticulture Field Day. This event will take place at the Lake Michigan College Welch Center for Wine and Viticulture. The day's events will include discussions on innovative winemaking technology, a hands-on tasting workshop, and guided tastings of experimental wines from Lake Michigan Vintners and other wineries from Southwest Michigan.
