Description

HEAT SHEETS ARE POSTED.  SEE TABS ON LEFT.

Gates open at 2 pm. Field events start at 3:30 pm. Running events start at 5 pm.

NO DOGS ALLOWED!!

Canopies/large umbrellas are only allowed on the top row of the  home stands and anywhere on the visitor stands. Ground area is available in areas that are not blocked off.

Only competitors and coaches with arm bands are allowed on the field. 

 

Starting blocks will be provided. Athletes are not allowed to bring their own.

TEAMS WITH LESS THAN 3 ATHLETES AND UNATTACHED ATHLETES WILL NOT RECEIVE A PACKET.

Team Parking is located behind the stadium. Packet pick up is in ticket booth behind the stadium. Spectators and unattached athletes may park in the front. Unattached athletes can pick up bibs in front ticket booth.

Athletes MUST bring their own implements and they will be weighed.

Athletes should report to clerking only when their age group is called.

Only athletes are permitted in clerking area. Athletes 10U must be escorted.

Only Coaches are allowed to pick up medals.

East Cobb Cheetahs Track Club, ECCTC, is a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization that provides the community with a complete Track & Field Youth Program.  ECCTC offers participants from first grade to high school positive learning and team experiences along with the opportunity to create life long memories.

ECCTC provides valuable team and social experiences for the increasing population of public, private, and home-schooled youth.  ECCTC offers young athletes the opportunity to participate in a variety of track & field events throughout the sport.  Beginning in the first grade, these experiences provide a source of recreation and simultaneously improve athletic skills, health and fitness, as they offer experience in teamwork, sportsmanship, fair play, cooperation, and leadership.  Increased self-confidence is just one of the many intangible benefits this program offers.
