Okay kids, ...this is NOT an all hat no cowboy situation!  We had a unique opportunity to bring in Kelly Wertz - AKA - 4 Legs Up BBQ for a quick ribs class demo on the incredible K4L Drum Smoker. At press time, Kelly has competed in 496 KCBS contests with an average rib score of 173.67!  Like Kelly's drums, this class is affordable and fast!  If you (like me) are struggling with your rib scores, this is the class to kick off your season!  I'll be there, ...paying attention!
