Let's make art together! Guided art experiences that meet you and your people where they are.
Creating is good for EVERYONE!
Description
Unleash your creativity and master the art of the press in this comprehensive 4-week course. Whether you're a young creator or an adult looking to learn a new craft, this class provides a supportive, tactile environment to explore the world of ink and multiples.
What You’ll Learn
We dive deep into the foundations of manual printmaking. Over the course of the term, you will gain hands-on experience with:
- Core Techniques: Mastering block printing, screenprinting, monoprint, and collagraph.
- Surface Design: Experimenting with texture application, layered stencils, and ink manipulation.
- Guided Projects: Utilize professional tools to craft custom art prints, greeting cards, textured compositions, and textile printing.
Your Vision, Our Guidance
We believe in "intentional creating." Throughout our sessions, you'll define personal project goals—from a repeating geometric block print to a complex multi-layered screenprint—and we will provide the technical guidance to help you bring those unique visions to life by week four.
