Join us for our second Encore Supper Club Diner at La Ristra New Mexican KitchenWe are a family owned and operated restaurant that serves our community with authentic New Mexican cuisine. Our recipes have been passed down from generation to generation, and we consider it a privilege to offer a unique New Mexican experience to our neighbors.
The name La Ristra comes from the Spanish word “Ristra”, which translates to “string” in English, and typically refers to an arrangement of drying chile pepper pods, garlic bulbs, or other vegetables for later consumption. Symbolically, ristras are a trademark of New Mexican decorative design.
