An Evening with the Puchta Family: Estate Norton Vintage Dinner
Join the Puchta family and Adam Puchta Winery for a beautiful and intimate evening celebrating past vintages of our award-winning Estate Norton, paired with exceptional cuisine from our 1855 Cellar Bistro.
The evening begins in our Press House, where guests will enjoy the first two courses thoughtfully paired with two special vintages of Estate Norton pulled directly from the Puchta family’s personal wine cellar. As the night unfolds, dining will transition to the 1855 Cellar Bistro for four additional courses prepared by our talented Culinary Team, continuing the Norton journey.
Our Estate Norton vintages will be presented by 7th-generation vintner Parker Puchta, alongside our esteemed wine team, sharing insight into each wine’s history, character, and craftsmanship.

- Cancellations received more than 48 hours before the event will receive a partial refund covering food costs
