We are pleased to invite you to participate as a vendor at the 85th Grand Conclave, taking place July 30 – August 3, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. We look forward to a wonderful gathering and hope you will join us as an exhibitor.
Please review the following vendor booth details carefully:
Exhibitor Booth Information
•10x10 Booth includes 2 table and 2 chairs
• Exhibitors may purchase up to two (2) 10x10 booths.
Non-License Exhibitor Information
•10x10 Booth includes 2 table and 2 chairs
• Exhibitors may purchase up to one (1) 10x10 booths.
Exhibitor Passes
• The first booth purchase includes four (4) Exhibitor Booth Passes.
• The purchase of a second booth includes two (2) additional Exhibitor Booth Passes.
Refund Policy
Refund requests submitted on or before June 1, 2026, will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total vendor booth fee.
Refund requests submitted after June 1, 2026, are non-refundable.
In the event the Grand Conclave is canceled by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., all booth fees will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.
Reservations
Booth reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
If more than the allowed number of booths is purchased, we reserve the right to cancel any excess booths beyond the limit.
