We have an exciting opportunity to present you with an AMAZING Chocolatier, Catherine Barr, for a special Chocolate Truffle Making Night here at McClain Cellars! Catherine knows the ins and outs of all things chocolate and will be sure to provide you with the BEST ingredients for making some amazing truffles. We already know how well our wine pairs with the perfect chocolate so why not make some amazing chocolate truffles that you can enjoy with your wine?Our newly released Cabernet Sauvignon called Sacred Love goes perfect with some chocolate as well as our well known Merlot, called Purpose Road and our Bordeaux style blend, called Faithful Friend. You will find these and others on a special tasting for tonight only. While you do your tasting you will have a hands-on opportunity to craft your own truffles to take home as well as enjoy some chocolate bites through your tasting.
