Please read the following ticket information carefully: PROOF OF ENTRY: Please bring your ticket along with you so it can be validated. It doesn’t need to be printed as we are able to scan it from your phone or nominated device if preferred. If you have used our services discount you will need to provide proof of eligibility to our staff upon entry. ENTRY TIMES: Drive-In customers will be allowed entry to the screening area 30 minutes before the start of the film they have selected. This means if you have booked at 17:30 time slot gates will be open at 17:00. If you have booked into a 20:30 time slot gates will be open at 20:00. As we have two shows per night we need to make sure the first screening has exited the venue before the arrival of the second screening. OPENING TIMES & PARKING: The Winter Food & Film Wonderland will open for everyone from 15:00, so feel free to pop along sooner. There is no parking on site for non drive-in customers, however there is parking nearby off the premises. FOOD & BEVERAGE: There will be a number of stalls and food vans onsite, meaning there will be no shortage of food and beverages for everyone to enjoy. ENTERTAINMENT: We have arranged a number of spectacles, live acts, competitions and activities for children. Be sure to regularly check our website and social media accounts to see what’s on. HEATING & ENGINE RUNNING: As it is getting cold this time of year, it is recommended that you wear warm clothing and bring blankets rather than running your vehicle with the heater on. We understand some vehicles have to be turned on periodically as the car radio turns off automatically, however we would hope this is done quickly and discreetly - we want to be environmentally friendly as much as possible and we would prefer vehicles not to be running the entire duration of the film. Help us reduce our carbon footprint! Some customers even fold down the back seats, bring along their blankets and pillows so they can enjoy the movie from the back of their car! CAR LIGHTS: If your vehicle has automatic headlights that cannot be turned off your vehicle will be positioned in the back; additionally, our staff may take measures to attempt to cover these lights. Please review your car manual before arriving for the show for instructions on turning off your lights. Help us reduce our carbon footprint! POSITIONING: If you are in a large vehicle you will be positioned along the sides and back of the viewing area so everyone has the best experience possible. Don’t be disheartened should you end up at near the back or side of the venue though, our screen is so large it can be seen clearly from all parts of the venue! We transmit sound via a low frequency FM transmission directly to your vehicle for so you can enjoy the sound via your car speakers - you will receive the station to tune into on the night of screening.
