Schedule of Events:
At 11am you will board the bus in the Naciones Unidas in the middle of the city in Quito Ecuador. All buses are two floors and include a bilingual guide (Spanish and English).
On our first stop to the Equator, we go to Pululahua to see a small town inside of a crater, one of only two inhabited craters in the world.
Afterwards, we will visit the Museum Intiñan accompanied by bilingual guides. Here you can see various demonstrations of natural phenomena, gravity and balance manifested in the equatorial zone.
Finally, we continue onto the Middle of the World to visit the Ethnographic Museum and all the attractions from where we can get some of the best picture with one foot in each hemisphere. Visitors can enjoy the views from the middle of the world's monument at a height of 30 meters of the equinoctial valley.
Mitad del Mundo is a park that includes nine level ethnographic and interactive museum. Here you will be able to experience Ecuador's main climates through a 4D movie theater and understand the differences between every region in the country. Ciudad Mitad del Mundo also has a planetarium, a miniature model of colonial Quito in its permanent exhibit, an exhibition of Guayasamin paintings and several pavilions of different countries.
At the end of our visit we will head back to Naciones Unidas on the tour bus.
