Corvallis Museum Members’ Preview: Know Before You Go
The Corvallis Museum is open on a very limited basis, due to the current COVID-19 risk level for Benton County. The Museum will be open January 15-17 and 22-24, 2021 from 11 am to 5:30 pm. Free tickets are offered to Historical Society members only, for assigned time slots. Members may use guest passes for non-members, but it is recommended that each visitor have their own e-ticket so that we can limit entry to 12 per half hour. Please bring your membership card or membership receipt and e-ticket (or printout) to enter. Memberships and renewals can also be purchased on arrival at the museum!
Please review the following requirements for your visit:
Wear A Face Covering Pursuant to the Governor’s executive order, all visitors age five and older are required to wear a face covering at all times in the museum. In compliance with ADA requirements, guests who have a physical or mental health condition, including disability, that prevents them from putting on, taking off, or wearing a face covering or are unable to wear a face covering for medical reasons will be exempt. If visitors do not have a face covering, single-use face coverings will be provided at no charge. Thank you for taking this precaution to protect our visitors and staff.
Maintain Distance Please keep six feet of distance between yourself and visitors outside of your party.
Other safety precautions you will notice on your next visit:
Hand sanitizing station installed at the museum lobby.
Designated one-way path to maintain required distancing as visitors enter, exit, and enjoy our exhibitions.
Limited building capacity to a maximum of 28 people (includes staff and visitors) in the museum at one time
Museum Store The Konick Family Museum Store in the Corvallis Museum will maintain the same public hours as the museum. During this time, there will be a limit of three customers in the store at one time. The store is also open by appointment and for pick-up of online purchases through our store website, https://Corvallis-Museum.square.site. Please contact Rachael@bentoncountymuseum.org for details.
