 Grand Entrance! 

Once everyone is seated, we will introduce our royal guests! Give them a warm welcome as each character enters and greets everyone!

Queen Elsa Royal Fest

This all you care to eat meal offers fruit salad, chefs tossed salad, breast of chicken, kid friendly menu items including mini burgers, chicken strips, rigatoni and marinara, harvest vegetable medley, French fries, freshly baked bread with butter and pastries as you sip on your choice of juice, milk, coffee or tea.

Meet & Greets

Be sure to have your camera ready, because the characters will visit your table to chat and take pictures!  Don’t forget to stop by our Frozen winter wonderland photo station with fun props and red carpet.

Do You Want to Build A Snowman? 

Build your own snowman craft with one of the characters! 

Princess Parade

Princesses will be lined up for the mini-walking parade around the Royal Ball.

Each Princess will be presented with a "magical" wand and tiara

Dance Party! 

No royal ball is complete without dancing! The characters will lead a dance party by teaching fun dance moves to their favorite songs. Upbeat and energetic, it's a fantastic way to finish the festivities!

Will food be served? 
Yes, an all you care to eat buffet will be served and is included in your ticket price. This all you care to eat meal offers fruit salad, chefs tossed salad, breast of chicken, kid friendly menu items including mini burgers, chicken strips, rigatoni and marinara, harvest vegetable medley, French fries, freshly baked bread with butter and pastries as you sip on your choice of juice, milk, coffee or tea.

What kind of parking is available?

There is ample free parking all around the venue! 

I have a baby, may I bring her to the ball?

Sorry, children and babies under 3 will not be permitted to join the event. Ages 3 and up are welcome - but please know the activities will be geared for children 4-10 so a three year old may need assistance during the event. Unfortunately children under 3 will not be allowed to participate.

Do the parents need a ticket?
Yes, parents will need to purchase a ticket. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire ball. 
 

Are boys welcome? 
Yes, of course! There will be many activities that boys will enjoy!

My husband and I would like to attend with our child. Do we all need tickets?
Yes, every guest including adults will need to purchase a ticket.

Are tickets refundable if I purchase them and later find out I cannot attend? 
Sorry tickets are not refundable. If you are unable to attend we recommend you share the tickets to a friend or family member.

Will my child get to meet all the characters? 
Definitely! Your child will interact will all the characters during the various activities and games! You will also get a chance to take a picture with each character as they visit your table individually. Please do not interrupt the activities to take posed pictures with the character; we will make sure everyone gets a photo, we promise!

What time can VIPs arrive? 
Very Important Princesses (VIPs) will be allowed in 1 hour before the ball for a personal meet and greet with our Frozen characters! The Ice Princess Anna, Snow Queen Elsa, Ice Prince Krisoff  will be there!

11:00 am – 12:00 pm

VIP tickets have sold out! Can I come early anyway?

We are only selling a small number of VIP tickets in order to keep this aspect of the event exclusive. We will not let anyone in early that does not have a  VIP ticket, no exceptions. Should you arrive early, there is plenty of space in the beautiful foyer to wait.

What time should General Admission ticket holders arrive?

Please arrive shortly before the start time on your ticket in order to check in. Doors will open at that time and the event will start shortly after. Late comers may have to wait until an activity or performance is over in order to enter the ballroom, so please be on time!
