Alicia Roberts is a Women's Health Physical Therapist and Motherhood Sexuality Coach who is an expert in prenatal and postpartum bodies. She has her own private practice in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been guiding and supporting postpartum bodies for over 10 years. Alicia also has a Motherhood Sexuality Coaching practice where she helps mothers find, reclaim and cultivate connection to their sexuality after having kids. Alicia has two kiddos of her own.

workshop includes lecture and then you will learn exercises that will reconnect
you with your pelvic floor and abdominals.
