An invitation to journey in sound and movement holding the intention to connect with our lineage. Maybe a pattern has risen or been there for some time. Maybe we have forgotten the connection that exists in our ancestors. Maybe we wish to remember. Be present. Show up. Open up. To the deep wisdom held within. Through the whispers of our wise ones who have walked before us. Whatever the call, it is to come free of expectation with a willingness to listen.
We will begin with a light movement practice. As we move shifting into our bodily awareness. Anchoring in before we journey in a sound experience with the intention to open our hearts to our lineages wisdom.

Melissa Deer Heart has spent the last 8 years opening her heart to the unseen world. Through her training in the art of Holistic healing modalities and an openness to the great teaching of life experience. She believes we are born into this world with our own unique heart hum. The song which we share in this world. The song that calls us into being. From birth to death, this song is the anchor that weaves the soul into the physical and is released back into the whole when this life is complete. It is her great honour to be a part of this journey and in service to remembering the soul sound within.
