The Asheville Museum of History is pleased to partner again with the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Program at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College for a five-course gourmet dinner to benefit the Museum. The dinner will be cooked and served by second year culinary students and first year hospitality management students and will take place in the historic and beautifully restored Fernihurst Mansion on the campus of A-B Tech.

Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Fernihurst Mansion on the campus of A-B Tech (70 Fernihurst Drive)
Tickets: $150 per person (funds go to benefit both the Asheville Museum of History and the Culinary Program at A-B Tech)
Dinner Includes:
One Complimentary Glass of Wine
Ratatouille
Consommé
Sautéed Trout a la Meuniere
Fried Goat Cheese with Garden Lettuce, Pears, & Almonds
Glazed Strawberry Tart
Students from the Culinary and Hospitality Management programs will be serving the guests and the student chefs will be presented to each table at the conclusion of the meal. Guests will have the opportunity to talk with upcoming graduates about their food and plans for the future.
