In 1879 Henrik Ibsen wrote a breakthrough feminist play—A Doll’s House—in which a young wife, Nora, broke free of the bonds of a restrictive marriage and left her husband. In 2017, Lucas Hnath wrote this amazing play which imagines what would happen if Nora returned 15 years later to face her husband and the results of her choices. This Tony-nominated play will leave you surprised and breathless.
