Orphan Girl Community Theatre is pleased to present A Gift To Remember Adapted by Joseph Robinette. Based on the book Can This Be Christmas? by Debbie Macomber.
On Christmas Eve, during a snowstorm, a group of strangers are on a train to Boston from Bangor, Maine, when the train develops engine trouble, and there are track problems ahead. The passengers are suddenly forced to disembark and take shelter in a small depot in New Hampshire. As the former strangers become collective friends, through patience, understanding and humor, they realize the memory of this night will be a gift to remember.
A Gift to Remember runs on the Orphan Girl Theatre stage December 16th, 17th and 18th at 7pm and December 18th and 19th at 2 pm.
A Gift to Remember, directed by Jackie Vetter, features Heather Lynn Meeks, Josh Peck, Ruthe Meeks, Drew Carr, Michael Peck, Tracy Russell, David Coleman II. Karlee Jane, Reanna Lange, Kinsley Kelly , Elizabeth Crase, Frankie Cox, Jim Hope, Molly Peck, Charli Cox, Karter Lindau and Piper Beckett. Additional reading of Twas the Night Before Christmas by Alice Cusson and Brian Poole on both matinee performances.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for kids under the age of 10. Artists ticket discounts are available for local artists and OGCT artists (with a valid OGCT Artist Card). Tickets will be available at www.orphangirl.org under the ticket link.
Orphan Girl Children's Theatre's Box Office hours vary, but are typically Monday to Thursday from Noon to 4 at 316 W. Park St. through the Washington St. Entrance or by phone at 406-782-5657. Tickets can also be purchased at www.orphangirl.org under the ticket link.
For performances, Orphan Girl Children's Theatre is accessed at 316 W. Park St. but on the Galena Street side of the building and the box office opens an hour before performances.
Orphan Girl Community Theatre will be running the show with an intermission and full concessions. However, we are asking patrons to wear a mask over their mouth and nose whenever they are not eating or drinking.
If you are sick, please do not come to the theatre. Orphan Girl Children's Theatre is happy to offer refunds, or exchanges for any performance during our season (based on availability). Due to COVID 19, presentation of this title may vary.
