You’ll learn to prepare classic New England favorites using seasonal, locally inspired ingredients — think creamy clam chowder, maple-glazed root vegetables, buttery lobster rolls, and a warm cranberry crisp to finish. Along the way, our chef will share tips, techniques, and stories that bring these timeless dishes to life.

Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to 30 minutes before class to meet and mingle with other class participants. Drinks available for purchase - Themed cocktail/mocktail, beer, wine, seltzer, soft drinks, and bottled water.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
