Join musician and poet Christa Wells for a unique celebration of her new book of poems, A SAFE HOUSE. Come for an evening of music and poetry, or get a ticket to come early for the Day Retreat + Evening Concert!
Evening Concert Only - 6:30pm doors / 7pm concert. Cross the cabin threshold and enter a prepared space and time where your senses are engaged and you can connect, with yourself and others, on themes of safety, relationship, self-worth, wholeness, freedom, love and aliveness. Christa and collaborating artists will integrate music and poetry into a vibrant and interactive experience that will allow listeners to also be participants. Expect some communal singing and the opportunity to do your own writing or sketching while listening. High likelihood of a post-concert dance party for those who want more embodiment. :) Beverages and light snacks will be provided.
Day Retreat + Evening Concert (12 max) - 12pm. Spend the entire afternoon at the cabin (address will be in your confirmation) with Christa in a small group. After a shared lunch, you'll take a nature walk with Christa, participate in a writing circle (no skills or experience required), enjoy a Q&A, savor a time of personal reflection or artistry (bring your journal, book, or a few art supplies), and an opportunity to share over dinner. Lunch and dinner provided (please notify us of allergies when you purchase your ticket)
