First Course:

Raptor Ridge Rose of Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley - OR

Boulet, richly seasoned fried ground turkey complemented by the crisped perfection of bannann peze


Second Course:

La Crema Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County - CA

Diri Djondjon, a flavorful mushroom-infused rice complemented by lima beans and succulent shrimp.


Third Course:
