Description
We are bringing out all of the tinsel, glitter and Christmas nostalgia in this festive vintage-inspired ornament workshop. Participants will create 3 charming Christmas ornaments reminiscent of the decades of the past. Using tin bases, students will layer Christmas ephemera, glitter paper, sparkling trims, ribbon, miniature figurines, and plenty of glitter to create one-of-a-kind miniature Christmas scenes. These can be hung on the tree as ornaments or turned into one-of-a-kind refrigerator magnets.
No previous crafting experience is needed. All materials are provided, along with a generous assortment of vintage-inspired images, trims, miniatures, and embellishments to mix, match, and make each creation unique. Participants are also welcome to bring Christmas cards, decorative papers, or other meaningful paper keepsakes from home to incorporate into their ornaments for a personal touch.
